The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore the attractions of Salzburg. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment for families. The staff goes above and beyond to provide excellent service, offering helpful suggestions and ensuring guests feel welcome. the breakfast served at the hotel is superb, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day. The hotel also features a beautiful garden and playground, providing entertainment for children.
It would be beneficial for the hotel to consider installing mosquito nets or air conditioning in the rooms, especially during the summer months when temperatures can get quite hot.

The hotel surpassed our expectations in many ways. The room was comfortable and beautifully decorated. The staff were great too provide really good service, offering helpful suggestions for activities and places to visit. The breakfast was superb, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The location was perfect, providing easy access to both the city center and the surrounding mountains. the hotel had ample parking available, making it convenient with their own transportation.
